Service Designer

Position : Service Designer
Shaping a smooth end-to-end experience of both employees and customers across touchpoints and channels at all stages of their journey. This process helps define the value exchange between the business and customer overtime and oversee operational aspect of business.


Responsibilities

  • Designing the customer journey mapping and service blueprint to capture the value exchange between customer and business and improve operational aspect.
  • Working closely with a portfolio designer to understand the project’s objective and help the squad team to drive the outcome and track the design success metric.
  • Conducting further research for a specific project under portfolio when needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in service design or a related role
  • At least 2-3 years of Banking or Financial Institution or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools and techniques for service design such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Stakeholder Mapping, and Experience Prototyping e.g. Figma, miro
  • Strong understanding of Service Design Thinking, including the ability to map and optimize service journeys, touchpoints, and processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
  • Experience with User Research, Persona Development, and Usability Testing
