Operating Expense Analyst (OPEX) - Under BSRC Public Company Limited

- Provide & prepare Monthly / Quarterly Stewardship Analysis and Reporting
- Monthly Opex reconciliation and analysis
- Accounting entry correction and adjustment
- Maintain / update Opex allocation cycle
- Be a contact person for issues related to Opex
- Monthly Business Performance Review Meeting with Leadership Team
- Prepare Manufacturing Strategic Plan and coordinate Business Plan / Corporate Plan Development
- Annual P&B Data Development and Reporting
- Coordinate with Business Team Leaders for plan inputs/ information of OPEX, and Capital Plans
- Development of Presentation Packages for Management
- Data Collection for Business Plan Template Submission
- Plan seasonalization & Year-end Projections (YEP)
- Develop seasonalized & YEP plan for Opex
- Prepare and update Business Overview Presentation for Visitors
Qualification :
- Interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Oil terminal & Supply and/or Business/ Accounting knowledge
- Accountability and Commit to deadlines
- Continuous improvement
- At least 5-7 years in Opex Analyst experience
- Good command in English both writing and listening
