รายละเอียดงาน :
- เข้าใจและวิเคราะห์โจทย์พัฒนาผู้นำของลูกค้า จากทีม Sales ร่วมกับ Chief Solution Design Officer
- ออกแบบ Solution โดยเฉพาะ Customized Program Learning Journey ร่วมกับ Chief Solution Design Officer
- ประสานงานสื่อสารกับ ทีม Sales, Learning Design และ Project Manager เพื่อให้พวกเขาเข้าใจและ Execute ได้ตามที่วางไว้
คุณสมบัติ :
- ชอบพัฒนาตัวเองและหาความรู้ด้าน Soft Skills, Business และ Digital
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและคิดเป็นระบบ
- ชอบคิดนอกกรอบ ออกแบบให้แตกต่างและตรงโจทย์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี ในการร่วมออกแบบหลักสูตรพัฒนาผู้นำ
