- What are we expecting from you?.
- Your Tasks:
- Capacity building and Business development 50%.
- Business Development: Engage in activities that support business growth, such as identifying relevant government grants, attending events, and staying updated with publications and announcements that could benefit the company or its clients.
- Support Clients: Assist clients with setting up food waste monitoring systems, including onsite visits to install and implement FIT technology in kitchens when needed.
- Capacity Building: Conduct training and consulting sessions to raise awareness about food waste issues and guide clients on how to monitor and reduce food waste, e.g., by providing actionable insights and practical advice based on collected data.
- Project Management 50%.
- Project Execution: Plan and execute projects according to client needs, covering design, preparation, implementation, and follow-up stages.
- Project Tracking: Ensure projects stay on track and meet all milestones, working under the guidance of a project manager and senior associates.
- Customized Solutions: Develop tailored recommendations and solutions based on client requirements, capabilities, and constraints, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Content Creation: Design and deliver content and services that meet our clients needs, ensuring accuracy and validation of results.
- Client Interaction: Be the contact point for clients at the operative and managerial level, providing them with insights and reports on the bigger picture of the progress.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure effective and timely client management..
- Who are we looking for?.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability or a related field. Alternatively, min. 3 of years of relevant experience in hospitality or another relevant sector.
- Strong analytical skills, high creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven practical and project experience, e.g., through internships or previous professional experience.
- Ability to work successfully with the team, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English (TOEIC score 750 minimum), proficiency Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage.
- Mature, highly responsible, proactive, fast learner.
- A sense of humour is a plus.
