• ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบมาย.
• เป็นตัวแทนผู้บริหารในการจัดการงานต่างๆให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย.
• เดินทางติดตามผู้บริหารไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ.
• สรุปงาน และการประชุม.
• ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสาร.
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในองค์กร.
• ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน ประสานงานติดต่อซ่อมแซม.
• จัดซื้อเครื่องใช้และสิ่งของจำเป็นภายในสำนักงาน.
• ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายใน และภายนอกองค์กร.
• จัดทำและเก็บรักษาเอกสารสำคัญต่างๆ ของบริษัทและผู้บริหาร.
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับพิจารณานิสิต/นักศึกษาจบใหม่).
• มีทักษะในการประสานงาน.
• มีความกระตือรือร้น มีไหวพริบในการทำงาน เปิดรับและพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ.
• มีทักษะในการจัดการงาน วิเคราะห์ วางแผนงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย.
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา ให้คำปรึกษา เอาใจใส่งาน.
• มีวุฒิภาวะ สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้.
