- Ability to meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Accurately collect and verify patient information, including personal, medical, and insurance details.
- Enter patient data into electronic health record systems with precision.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding registration processes and services offered.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate efficient patient flow.
- Maintain compliance with privacy laws and internal policies related to patient information.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to patient registrations.
- Able to work on rotating shift.
- Age between 24-30 years.
- All gender welcome.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in this field.
- Bachelor s degree in any related field.
- Excellence Communication in Thai and English.
- Service-minded, able to work under pressure, good communication and negotiation skills.
- New Phetburi Road, Huaykwang, Bangkok.
- The hospital is conveniently located near MRT Phetburi Station, specifically Exit 1, making it easily accessible for commuters.
