atTeledirect Telecommerce (Thailand) Ltd- As part of international team, you will support one of the leading social media platform.
- You'll help build safe communities for millions of people around the globe.
- Assist our community members and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
- Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
- Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English
- A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks
- Awareness of current cultural, political and social events in Bangkok
- Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
