Job description :

• Analyze market conditions to assess the potential sales of products and services.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and summarize the feedback.
• Develop a partnership strategy to create sustainable partner opportunities.
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
• Plan and manage events such as Thank You customer events.
• Plan and manage all related stocks of premiums, giveaways, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• 2-5 years of Marketing / Brand experience with a strong emphasis on the IT Industry.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with an SI company would be an advantage.
• Creative thinking and artwork skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with MS Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva would be an advantage.
