Job Summary:
He/ she will be responsible for running the day-to-day activities in rent functions and finance transactions as well as operational of the company to ensure compliance with the local tax, laws and Group policy.

The position reports to Assistant Accounting Manager - Rent

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and perform day-to-day activities in Rent functions to meet the finance obligations of the organization.
  • Negotiate and manage relationship with vendors to ensure operation run smoothly.
  • Monitor, Review and keep track of all lease agreement, accruals, prepayments and others.
  • Keep track of the outstanding account payable. Record the purchase taxes and promptly prepare the corresponding reconciliation.
  • Identify key improvements, coaching, training and manage team to enable them to perform their work effectively.
  • Prepare the closings and reconciliation for each month, quarter, and yearly, help with the expenditure review.

  • Supporting for any ad hoc projects and reporting analysis.

 

Qualification:

  • Young professional with passion and ambition in this role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Excellent MS Excel skills/ Microsoft Dynamics (D365)/ POS system knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience over 10 years in corporate finance with retail experience.
  • A proactive, Fast Learner, team Player with ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Focus o detail, responsibilities, and accuracy; ability to work under pressure.
  • Outgoing & open-minded personality and good interpersonal skill.
