as the company has been closed down in 2016, SDS Kerr has lost customer reliability due to lack off management team to handle customer relationship and inventory management. as a customer service and logistics manager, I have build customer service team who have service-minded as well as customer service process to recover customer reliability. inventory management is also crucial since customer reliability lost caused from lack off product to deliver to them. the best thing of SDS Kerr is to give the opportunity to manage and lead team to rebuild the company again.
