About the Role:
- Provide delivery support for Human Capital Management applications to our clients
- Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
- Work directly with clients to implement, support and integrate S HCM technology solutions into their business environments
- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries
- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for areas of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals by interacting with senior management at a client and/or within the different teams on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Mentor and manage large to medium sized teams
- Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused
Preferred skills
- Prior project management experience inclusive of people management
SAP SF Certifications in any of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management - Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication in Thai and English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
Minimum years experience required
- Minimum 6-10 years of SAP SF systems integration and/or implementation experience
- Minimum 6-10 years experience of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
- Experience of team management / Workstream lead would be advantage
