We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be joining within the Engineering Excellence & Productivity (EXP) team as a Senior DevEx Engineer. This team serves as a bridge between a diverse set of teams with the key focus of enabling our developers to bring new software or new features to have better developer experience.

You will be responsible for enhancing the productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction of our development teams by designing and improving tooling, workflows, and processes. You will work closely with engineers across multiple teams to identify problems and bottlenecks, streamline development environments, and enable faster delivery of high-quality software.

As a Senior DevEx Engineer, you are expected to have a deep understanding of software development processes, a passion for automation, and a focus on enabling developers to work better and faster.
