Job Description
Business Management :
- Think and act as client’s business partner working hands in hands with client on building marketing and communication strategy to drive client’s business forward
- Expert on clients’ business and be the clear leader on the business with the clients and within the agency
- Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client’s business, brand, requirements and objectives
Creativity :
- Capable of turning a strategic approach into a creative solution
- Profound understanding on human insights (targeted consumers)
- Creating ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
- Develop big idea and impactful execution
- Create insightful communication with synergy that successfully reach business objectives
- Commit to the 7+ target
- Try the best to achieve the best creative work in all jobs
- Supervise the production process for the best quality of the finished work
- Give appropriate level of attention to details throughout the process
- Provide strategic and constructive judgment on creativity

Revenue Generator :
- Understand the agency’s financial and accounting system
Appraising and Coaching :
- Give clear expectation on job output & behaviors
- Understands interests, weaknesses, strengths, and needs of subordinates
- Set the clear reward & punishment system for all staffs
- Stars to be identified with each individual’s aligned career planning and coaching plan
- Set up the succession plan and identify the successor
- Evaluate and appraise subordinates
- Feedback session with the identified stars by monthly
- Arrange trainings for the team membersProfessional Skills :
- Fluent in agency process, including job routing and traffic procedures, to ensure quality control at all stages of the project
- Be innovative and always stay alert on consumer trend and market trend
- Proven ability to think strategically, and the ability to teach others to think strategically
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skill (both Thai and English), presentation skills and client relationship building skills.
