เพื่อนร่วมงานแล้วแต่ดวง สอนงานดีบ้าง ไม่ดีบ้างปนๆกันไป หัวหน้างานตั้งแต่ระดับเมเนเจอร์และสโตร์เมเนเจอร์ ขึ้นไป หลังๆคนเก่งๆเริ่มไม่ค่อยมีแล้ว ลาออกหมดเพราะงานมันล้นมือจนเกินไป ในหนึ่งวันมีงานเยอะไปหมดนอกจากงาน routine หน้าร้าน ต้องทำงานส่งระดับ Area manager ขึ้นไป บางงานก็เป็นงานซ้ำซ้อนที่เป็น action ที่ไม่จำเป็นและเสียเวลา เวลาจะมี campaign ต่างๆ หน้าร้านมีเวลาเตรียมไม่เกิน 5 วัน บางครั้ง promotion หมดวันนี้ วันต่อไปมี promotion ใหม่อีกและย้ายของอีก ทำให้หน้าร้านทำงานไม่ทัน Colleagues vary in their abilities and attitudes; some are helpful, while others are not. People at the manager and store manager levels have been leaving because the workload has become overwhelming. On some days, there is an excessive amount of work, in addition to the routine tasks at the store. Work often needs to be submitted to higher-level Area managers. Some tasks are repetitive and unnecessary, wasting time. When there are various campaigns, there is very little time to prepare at the store, usually not more than 5 days. Promotions change frequently, causing constant adjustments, which make it challenging for the store to keep up with the workload.
