We are now expanding our team and looking for a Qualitative Research Consultant who is passionate about understanding the "why" behind consumer behavior and transforming insights into strategic recommendations.

What You Will Do

As a Moderator, you will:

• Lead and manage consumer interviews and discussions.
• Utilize research techniques to uncover insights at both the conscious and subconscious levels, interpreting verbal and non-verbal cues.
• Explore and analyze consumer relationships with brands, products, and services.

As a Strategist, you will:

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Identify key consumer insights, motivations, pain points, and behaviors.
• Evaluate consumer responses to marketing stimuli and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative research projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform research findings into actionable strategies.
• Apply diverse research methodologies such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, impactful reports.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and deliver insights that drive business success.

Who We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Market Research, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A critical and creative thinker with the ability to uncover deep insights.
• A determined and self-driven individual who thrives on delivering high-quality work.
• Passionate about professional and personal growth.
• Thai nationality, female, aged 23-35 years old.
• Fluent in Thai and English (speaking, writing, and listening).
