I would say in the Company, there is a community of people around the world. The company has total of 6 plant, 3 for Thailand and 3 for Asia Country. As an HR in this place, you will be able to communicate to many difference people e.g. Japanese, Singapore, American, India, Indonesia, etc. so I totally grow up from this company.
