• Timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and prepare financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements for public company.
• Financial statement consolidation.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the accounting department, lead and supervise accounting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors and other parties.
• Establish and monitor implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Implement company accounting system (ERP).
• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting of public companies, with at least 5 years experience in managerial or leadership role.
• Bachelor degree in accounting or higher, CPA holder is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements for public companies, manufacturing and export sectors are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good attitude. Able to communicate well with external auditors and other parties.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadline.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and develop a team of accountants.
• High proficiency in accounting software and able to implement an ERP system.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Have a car and driving license.

• ตรวจเอกสารตั้งหนี้ซื้อทั่วไป.
• ตรวจเอกสารบันทึกรับชำระหนี้ (RV) เช่น การรับชำระหนี้ลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ และเอกสารการรับเงิน.
• ตรวจเอกสาร บันทึกบัญชีในสมุดรายวันทั่วไป เช่น เคลียร์เงินทดรองจ่าย, ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นล่วงหน้า, เงินเดือนและค่าแรงงานรายวัน, รายการปรับปรุงบัญชี และรายการปรับ RATEทุกสิ้นเดือน สรุปยอดและคำนวณเพื่อใช้ในการบันทึกบัญชี เช่น สรุปปิดภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มจากระบบบัญชีและรายงาน ภพ.30, รายงานสรุป INVENTORY.
• งานกระทบยอดรายการทางบัญชี เช่น ลูกหนี้บัตรภาษี, บัตรภาษี และ กระทบยอดบัตรภาษี, กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร, สรุปรายงานข้อมูล FX, ประมาณการเงินชดเชย (บัตรภาษี), SHORT TERM /LONG TERM, สรุปเงินเดือน/ค่าแรงรายวัน - งาน Audit รายไตรมาส, รายการระหว่างกัน, กระทบยอดรายการทางบัญชีและหมายเหตุประกอบงบตามAudit.
• สอบทานการปิดงบการเงิน และ จัดทำงบการเงิน (งบกระแสเงินสด, งบการเงินรวม) รวมถึงวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน.
• สอบทานความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชี และ ควบคุมการปิดบัญชีของบริษัทให้ถูกต้อง.
• สอบทานรายงานภาษีต่างๆ ในแต่ละเดือนเพื่อนำส่งสรรพกร เช่น ภพ.30, ภงด.2, 53, 50, 51.
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย.
• ปวส., ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงินธนาคารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ความเข้าใจระบบบัญชีแยกประเภท GL อย่างน้อย 2 ปี.
• มีประสบการณ์การลงบัญชีโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปหลายๆอย่าง เช่น Express, SAP.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office เช่น Excel, Word, PowerPoint ได้คล่องในระดับดีมาก.
• เคยมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการนำส่งแบบต่อกรมสรรพากร เช่น ภงด.1,3,53,90,ภพ.30.
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ออนไลน์ของกรมสรรพากรได้คล่องในระดับดีมาก.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการจัดการที่ดี.
• มีความอดทน สู้งาน แก้ปัญหาให้เป็นไปในทางสร้างสรรค์.
• มีทักษะ ภาษาอังกฤษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีความสามารถในการจัดระดับความสำคัญของงาน และทำงานที่ได้รับภายในเวลาที่กำหนด.
