Role Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Develop and implement salary structures, bonus schemes, commission, and employee benefits in alignment with market trends and company policies.
  • Abilities to control C&B project such as JA, JE and JS.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident funds, and other company-sponsored benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and employee relations policies related to C&B.
  • Advise senior management on compensation strategies and Staff cost control measures.

2. Payroll Management 

  • End-to-end payroll processing, including salary payments, OT, and special allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with tax deductions, social security contributions, and provident fund payments according to Thai labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax reports (e.g., PND 1) and statutory filings to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including onboarding, terminations, and salary adjustments.
  • Monitor time attendance systems and leave records to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., B-Plus, Workday, or similar software).
  • Proficient in compensation analysis, workforce control, and salary structuring.
  • Ability to plan and manage promotions, and employee transfers.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and payroll processing expertise.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
