Responsiblity

The Business Analyst will be a part of DMS program support web-based application . He/she will support customer's accounting teams, to help improve accounting processes, ensure we are aligned with legal requirements and provide solutions to any problem encountered.

• Gathering the business requirement, create the as-is and to be business flow, finds a gap between the as -is and to be business flow and summary the improvement process to propose the business users
• Analyzing the business requirement and provide the improvement process with the possible solution (system development and process) propose to business users.
• Analyzing, interpreting and translating business requirements into viable solutions.
• Providing business support and advising on analysis and design to development team.
• Perform requirement gathering, requirement tracking and manage document requirement.
• Coordinating end to end release of application.   
• Create test case, conducting UAT and gathering test result
• Coordinating user acceptance testing. 
• Clarifying functional requirements and resolving implementation issues
• Providing business support and advice on quality management.
• Get notified of the problem about using applications.

Qualification:

• Education: bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or finance.
• The experiences in business application, process analysis, programming and system design for product data management and/or shopfloor is an advantage.
• Employee/ user training experience a plus
• Computer literate with strong information systems knowledge.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Flexible in working time and able to be on duty outside the based location.
• Own transportation is required.
