What does most of your “Day to Day” look like?

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and create customized training solutions that align with client needs.
  • Analyze the client’s business needs and design strategic, long-term solutions aimed at driving sustainable growth and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Engage proactively with business chambers and associations to enhance brand visibility and establish greater credibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing, solutions development, and training delivery teams to align services with market demands and client expectations
  • Guide other team members, helping them develop their skills in client management and business development.

What experience do you need?

  • 10 or more years of business development or business consulting experience with passion to see people’s success – preferably in a professional service industry
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, particularly in a B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Extensive experience managing client relationships, including developing strategies for retaining and growing accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and high-quality service

What competencies should you have?

  • Business professionalism with prospecting skills (i.e. Business analysis, Seek out business opportunities, Make phone calls to prospects, Establish long-term relationship, etc.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers and secure client buy-in on proposed solutions
  • Versed in a consultative sales approach to drive to financial target through sustainable people development solutions for clients and/or individuals.
  • Confident in strategic business conversation to mid to upper level executives
