- Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our C-Level Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment and is committed to creating value. You will be a strategic partner, ensuring the seamless operation of the executive's office.

- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Manage and optimize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit high-impact correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, bringing innovative and agile solutions to the table.
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-Level executives for at least 5 years.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to travel both within the country and abroad as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
