Key Responsibilities :

• Ability to meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Accurately collect and verify patient information, including personal, medical, and insurance details.
• Enter patient data into electronic health record systems with precision.
• Assist patients with inquiries regarding registration processes and services offered.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate efficient patient flow.
• Maintain compliance with privacy laws and internal policies related to patient information.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to patient registrations.
• Able to work on rotating shift.

Qualifications :

• Age between 24-30 years.
• All gender welcome.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in this field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Excellence Communication in Thai and English.
• Service-minded, able to work under pressure, good communication and negotiation skills.
