The Media Planning Manager will lead media planning operations, ensuring smooth company operations. This role focuses on strategy, team leadership, business growth, and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop digital marketing plans aligned with company goals and introduce new services to drive revenue.
- Campaign Excellence: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LINE, TikTok, and E-commerce to meet budgets and ROI targets.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead the media team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Crisis Management: Resolve internal and external challenges promptly.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, especially in media planning (agency experience preferred).
- Expertise in Facebook, Google Ads, LINE, and TikTok.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Thai/English communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and innovation-driven with a growth mindset.
