Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare financial statement details for review by the Accounting Department Head.
2. Summarize accounts receivable reports to support approval document submissions.
3. Resolve accounting system issues in NAV and ICON systems.
4. Prepare and verify accounts receivable documents and record them in the NAV system on time and in compliance with accounting standards.
5. Prepare monthly tax summary reports.
6. Generate monthly sales tax and input tax reports (for promotional items).
7. Compile monthly specific business tax reports.
8. Provide individual accounts receivable and monthly ownership transfer reports.
9. Report on advance payments, reservation fees, contract payments, and down payments.
10. Monitor overdue down payments and report on unit repossession.
11. Prepare and record documents for reservation openings, purchase agreements, and ownership transfers.
12. Prepare and record documents for reservation fee collection, contract payments, and ownership transfer payments.
13. Prepare and record documents for installment payments and overdue down payments.
14. Prepare and record documents for other service income of the company.
15. Cooperate and participate in company activities as appropriate.
16. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years in experience in finance.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Skilled in using accounting systems.
5. Confident, responsible, and demonstrates leadership qualities.
6. Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient.
7. Able to work effectively in a team.
8. Knowledgeable in general accounting principles.
9. Understanding of legal and tax regulations.
10. Capable of working under high pressure.
