Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic project management oversight for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall, to effectively manage project scope, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment among project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are engaged and committed to project success.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a strategic PMO or project manager, with a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different project contexts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, effectively balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate project status and progress.
