Lead Penetration Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Lead Penetration Tester to join our Security team, where you'll lead vulnerability assessment and penetration testing projects. This role requires strong people management experience, alongside a broad understanding of penetration specialties across infrastructure, applications, and cloud testing. You will effectively derive security requirements from functional objectives, communicate complex solutions to a non-technical audience, and apply critical thinking to analyze and present solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team in designing, building, and protecting enterprise systems.
• Conduct thorough penetration testing on various platforms and devices.
• Engage with multiple teams and drive key decisions.
• Collaborate with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergy and effective outcomes.
• Enhance the cybersecurity operating model and develop strategies against evolving threats.
• Master proficiency in Mobile Penetration Testing and Web Application Penetration Testing.

Qualifications:

• OSCP certification is required.
• Proven experience in penetration testing and people management.
