Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Data Migration Team Member to join our data modernization initiative. This role will be pivotal in architecting and executing advanced data migration strategies, especially around SAP systems, while also contributing to the design and implementation of Generative AI (Gen AI) products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data migration, paired with a passion for AI innovation and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration & Architecture

• Define and execute robust data migration and modernization architecture, with a strong emphasis on data product architecture for scalable enterprise systems.

• Implement data lifecycle management strategies aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.

• Ensure accurate and efficient SAP Master Data Migration, with a focus on seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA environments.

Generative AI Strategy & Implementation

• Leverage, customize, and implement Generative AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to enhance the quality and performance of AI-driven products and applications.

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of Gen AI systems and provide technical design recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI solutions tailored to business needs and guide their successful delivery and integration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or any relevant field.

• Expert proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration with proven implementation experience.

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in data conversion and transformation contexts.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in data migration, AI implementation, or relevant related fields.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.

• Familiarity with Gen AI platforms like OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy principles within AI systems.
