• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Application Design is required.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended.
• Requirements Definition proficiency is suggested.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure accurate application design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate application designs seamlessly
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application design
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance application functionality
• Drive innovation in application design to optimize user experience
