Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance related roles.
• Background or experience in Risk (Enterprise/Financial) and Data is a PLUS.
• Proven track record of success in analyzing financial performance, developing financial strategies, and enhancing enterprise value.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, financial modeling techniques, and digital finance solutions (FinTech, Cloud ERP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Background with process transition, knowledge transfer, process reengineering, and shared services operating model design and implementation.
