Key Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Product Owner team to define the product vision and strategy for assigned products.
  • Conduct user research and gather stakeholder input to identify product requirements and prioritize features within the product backlog.
  • Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams during Agile sprints to ensure features meet user needs and are delivered on time.
  • Manage and refine the product roadmap based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Track product performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate product progress and status updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Advocate for the product vision and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • General product management experience
  • Agile experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail business is beneficial
  • Product Backlog Management
  • Proficient in using backlog management tools
  • Ability to estimate user stories and features for development effort.
  • Experience in breaking down large features into smaller, more manageable tasks.
  • Understanding of Agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to facilitate effectively in Agile meetings.
  • Experience in tracking progress and managing scope within Agile sprints.
  • A solid understanding of development processes and technical limitations is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development teams and translate user needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with basic UI and UX principles.
