IT Support Analyst
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)- Development & Deployment:
- Adheres to Technology ways of working and processes within the product or service cell
- Works to agreed delivery timelines to expected quality standards
- Translates the business requirements into the relevant technical tasks
- Design, develop, test, deploy and run software for the solution
- Delivers product code that is easily maintainable and supportable and which minimises risk to run
- Technical Skills:
- The skills and expertise to test the code at unit, integration, performance and functional level including implementation scripts
- Takes responsibility for own development and broadening of technical skills
- Ability to write quality code in at least two major languages
- Promotes and proposes new methods and techniques to improve excellence of service.
- Running the product or service:
- Skilled in systems and network administration
- Understands the solution they run including infrastructure and deployment approach
- Successfully performs root cause analysis to resolve issues
- Provides cover when required
- Managing Relationships:
- Engages regularly with the business representative to ensure that the delivered code adheres to the acceptance criteria
- Builds positive relationships with teams from dependent' cells
- Contributes to process improvements and value adds within your product or service
- Articulately relates technical details to 'business language
- Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- 3 years' experience in IT operations, IT support, project management, business process development
- Good communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Ability to prioritize, track and manage a large number of divergent tasks and action items
