Key Responsibility:

• Allocation and replenishment stock to store for both normal and promotional trade activities and Review to building up order and replenishment for major Range Change and ensure availability​
• Monitor and track product deliver to ensure stock arrive at their destination​
• Manage ordering volume to align with DC work load plan​
• Work closely with Commercial/ vendor on Vendor Service Performance​
• Coordinate with vendor day to day issue and working with them to improve vendor service level​
• Manage stock/intake with Commercial to align with budget and trade situation​
• Managing aging, non movement and Non active stock at Distribution Centre and store​
• Understand Apparel critical path for range launch and able to deliver timeline​
• Analysis store performance by class level for provide parameter in Store factor report for Allocation and Replenishment​
• Plan new store stock package to Commercial for select range and ordering product to store align with new store timeline​
• Support SMO order / store feedback both (build/drop) / Log store
• Support analysis report for store project​
• Setup and maintain data into system (BY/LDE)​
• Support any task or project if any require about Apparel product​

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working experiences in Supply chain management with Retail/ Dynamic Business​
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration or related fields​
• Good analytical & problem solving skills, planning skills, numerical skills​
• Forecasting or demand planning knowledge including negotiation skills​
• Computer literacy (Particularly in MS Excel)​
• Can work under pressure and tight deadlines​
• Good attitude and self motivated​
