Key Responsibility:

• Develop and manage the System within the distribution centre (for Warehouse application.)
• Manage to maximize of efficiency of all distribution centre.
• Manage problem solving queries on end-to-end distribution system.
• Provide technical support and functional specification work on Retail/Supply Chain platform.
• Analyse incident in operation and provide quick turn-over to users.
• Debug issues and design permanent fixes via system configuration changes or system enhancement.
• Perform gap analysis, requirement gathering and user training on Warehouse Management System application.
• Provide hands on support coverage post induction and understanding of the system.
• Perform documentation, unit testing, system testing and deployment of software components to improvise warehouse management system when required.
• Demonstrate to users and provide training regarding new changes on warehouse management system application product features.
• Create and track a plan to deliver the programme goals, including the technical implementation plan Understand trade-offs and resulting impacts; make impacts visible to Product, Infrastructure or Engineering for the right decision to be made.
• Understand technology concepts, grasp new ones quickly and appreciate their implications on delivery.
• Effectively manage major incidents, ensuring stakeholders are updated with the right information to drive the correct decisions.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers & external stakeholders to deliver software or professional services.
• Coach peers and other roles, teaching where required, on methodologies and programme management tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT software or any other related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in SA
• Experience in Distribution Centre and Logistic Operations and warehouse management system is a plus.
• English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Collaborative very effectively and share system knowledge with others.
• Programming languages and logics, especially on SQL programming and shell script.
• Knowledge in Linux OS / Linux commands is a plus.
• Already possess car and able to travel to upcountry occasionally.
