We are seeking an experienced QA Lead who have a strong background in quality assurance across web, mobile, API, and database testing. This role requires a mix of hands-on testing, deep product knowledge, and technical comprehension of service implementations. The QA Lead will also be responsible for defining and implementing a test automation approach to transition from manual to automated testing.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across web, mobile, backend APIs, and databases.
• Ensure compliance with business and functional requirements.
• Define and implement an automation strategy for user services testing, transitioning from manual to automated tests.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure CI/CD integration of automated tests.
• Work closely with developers to apply the right test levels.
• Apply shift-left testing to all stakeholders to ensure quality across the responsible areas.
• Define QA best practices and mentor team members on automation and technical testing.
• Act as a point of contact for quality-related discussions within the domain.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a QA lead role.
• Hands-on experience with testing web and mobile applications (both iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of API testing.
• Experience with database validation.
• Proven success in test automation.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
• Using Playwright (TypeScript) for web, Appium for mobile, and scripting automated API tests.
• Prior experience transitioning a team from manual to automated testing.
