Administrative Officer
atTOYOTA TSUSHO NEXTY ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) Co., Ltd.- Perform paper work follow business process and prepare documents related to daily operation.
- Follow up cheque collection status both customers & suppliers sides.
- Collect and organize all division's documents and assets.
- Record all transactions related to division's activities in accounting system
- Support customers, partners, team members and supervisors in normal operation and others.
- Female only, Age: 23-27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration (Major Accounting)
- Good Knowledge in Basic Accounting and Tax system.
- Good Communication and negotiation skill
- Problem-solving, multitasking skills and time management skills
- Planning scheduling, document organizing & controlling
- Strong in Mathematics and logical thinking
- Good command in English: Reading, Speaking and Written.
- Japanese skill is advantage.
