System Integrator

The System Integrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated systems. This role involves coordinating various technology systems, and addressing compatibility issues between software, hardware, and network systems. The System Integrator is expected to understand business requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide technical solutions that meet organizational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in systems architecture, software development, networking, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, middleware, and hardware/software integration techniques.
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such as middleware, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and vendor product solutions such as CDP, CEP.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, NestJS, Angular, etc.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and solve integration issues.
- Ability to think critically and adapt solutions to meet changing requirements.
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in managing or leading system integration projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Certifications (Optional but beneficial)
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Certified Systems Integration Professional (CSIP) or similar industry certifications.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in System Integration, with a demonstrated track record of successfully integrating complex systems in diverse environments.
- Experience in Cloud-based Systems Integration (e.g., Azure, Huawei, hybrid cloud environments)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with TM Forum Framework.
