- This person will oversee the service quality of 40 Shops by visiting and observing through Quality Management of AIS Shop /AIS By Partner /Telewiz Shop.
- Investigate and follow up on all complaint cases and the Customer Satisfaction Index of the branch.
- Check & compare the service quality of AIS and competitors.
- Check the advertisement and display of all products according to the company guidelines.
- Support the working process of the Digital Agent
- Monitoring and coordinating with the concerned working team about all active platforms such as web digital agent/Google Ads/Facebook of AIS Shop ,Direct sale , Partner
- Responsible for all ticket requests from AIS Shop and Partners
