Network Implementation / 2nd Tier Technical Specialist / Incident Specialist
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)Network Implementation (Engineer/IT)
Role & Responsibility :
- Support in system architect to plan, manage and improve system efficiency.
- Internet system service planning and implementation.
- Verify and audit the capacity of the system to support application services efficiently.
- Capacity and availability management in internet system.
- Managed and consulting team for service planning and operation in internet system and monitoring system.
- Managed EDS Internet systems service operation and system performance.
- Managed EDS monitoring service (CACTI, Zabbix, Grafana)
- Manage new system such as Zabbix for monitoring system support for EDS last mile and E2E service monitoring and EDS link monitoring. And NFV system infrastructure for support Centralized Firewall service and other.
- Support quality management for system operation such as Email, DNS services application and related systems.
- Support quality management for EDS monitoring system such as CACTI, Zabbix, Grafana.
- Support quality management in NFV (Network Function Virtualization) system for planning and management support to customer services.
- 3rd tier support in internet system services (Email, DNS, Log, CAS, etc.) and monitoring system for technical trouble shooting.
- Provide solutions to issues.
- Improve existing system such as Network monitoring system.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, telecommunication, IT or related fields
- Has 10 years or more of experience in management computer system and system admin related to computer engineer or IT network infrastructure business. People management.
- Problem management and decision-making skill
- Has ability to learn and has knowledge in IT networking and system admin
- Experienced in (Email, DNS, Zabbix, Cacti, VMware).it will be an advantage.
- Good communication in English, Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility
2nd Tier Engineer
Role & Responsibility :
- Technical support enterprise network project and tropically consultant based on after sale services.
- Complete 2nd tier technical support.
- Managing and supporting in technical to Service Desk team.
- Able to configuration and operation on network switch and router (traditional network ex. Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, H3C, Fiber Home)
- Able to support and operation on firewall/SD-WAN (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Able to provide network implementation with standard and advance configuration depends on customer require.
- Able to suggest proper network operation such as L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, GRE Tunneling, IPSEC etc.
- Communicating with clients and providing in-person and phone support, if required.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Hand-on experience in manage/consult for router, L2 L3 switch, firewall, IPS, proxy, Cloud solution, Microsoft service for minimum 5-10 years
- Positive attitude, Strong analytical skills, and solid understanding of production support processes – Self-motivated, fast learner, and have strong service minded
- Strong experience 5 years for managing team
- Good personality and communication skill
- Valid certificate of Cisco CCNP will be advantage, Valid certificate of FortiGate NSE4, NSE7 will be advantage, Valid certificate of Palo Alto PCNSE or PAN-OS will be advantage
- Excellent on IT Service Management, project management.
- English communication is excellent
Incident Specialist
Role & Responsibility :
- Incident team lead empowers other team members of Enterprise Major and Critical Incident of TELCO and ICT Services and Major and Critical incident of SKA customer.
- Provide regular updates and ensure timely fault resolution for Critical or Escalated incident following by SLA commitment
- Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct incident reviews
- Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct incident reviews to find out the improvement plan for each major and critical incident
- Manage major and critical Incident to resolved with in SLA committed
- Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years’ experience working in Telecom & IP Networking
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Strong problem solving, analytical, judgment, negotiation and decision making and time management skills
- ITIL knowledge will be an advantage
- ISO knowledge will be an advantage
- English communication is excellent
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility
- Good service minds and a good mindset
