Responsibilities: Review, comment and research on legal issue in investment contracts and documents both in Thai & English. Provide legal opinion and comment to Investment Division. Provide legal document and supporting document. Follow and study law and regulation related to investment, provide the necessary information and decision support. Monitor laws and regulations pertaining company's investment and give a legal opinion on draft of new laws and regulations on behalf of the company. Verify all investment transactions to comply with laws, regulations and company's mandate. Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies including the OIC, SEC, BOT and relevant external source. Others as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Laws, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Legal and Investment. Have skills in analytical thinking, operation planning, controlling, monitoring, evaluation, communication, and coordinating with various departments and outsiders. Have good command of English, computer skills in basic programs. Have knowledge in capital market, money market, law and regulation related to capital investment. Ability to work as a team, responsible and circumspect.
