บริษัทกำลังขยายธุรกิจทั้งด้าน การบริหารศูนย์การค้า ธุรกิจค้าปลีก และการตลาดในศูนย์การค้าปัจจุบัน และโครงการที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตได้แก่ โครงการ ไอคอนสยาม และห้างสรรพสินค้าทาคะชิมาย่า ซึ่งจะเป็นแลนด์มาร์ค ของประเทศ
- ประสานงานผู้เช่าเพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดต่างๆ ในการเช่าพื้นที่
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเช่าพื้นที่ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับร้านค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ผู้เช่าในศูนย์การค้า
- ตรวจสอบสัญญาที่ครบกำหนดในแต่ละเดือน ติดตามเข้าพบผู้เช่าเพื่อดำเนินการต่อสัญญา
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ/การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการผู้เช่าในศูนย์การค้ามา 2-3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีบุคลิกดี มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ MS.office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถอ่านแบบก่อสร้างได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
