Responsibilities

• Business and Project Strategy
  • Align business strategy with product vision, value proposition, and roadmap
  • Continuously enhance functions, features, and user experience across customer segments.
• Project and Technical Management
  • Draft high-level business flows and detailed logic for management sign-off.
  • Enforces project financial discipline, including budget allocation and presentation, and payment milestones, overseeing all aspects of solution implementation from start to finish to meet agreed scope, schedule and budget
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for functions, features, and services.
  • Use metrics and data visualization to report progress and support data-driven decision making
• Team Development
  • Develop and improve team members’ business, Technical and Product knowledge
  • Manage and improve process within the development team
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Vendors, Business stakeholders to identify technology enablers to grow the business
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of projects

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related fields.
• At least 15 yrs of working experience in Software project development / Management or as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead Development.
• Have Technical knowledge in software development, Infrastructure design and Project Management
• Have experience or Knowledge in Supply Chain, Retail, E-Commerce industries
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s & Product goals and objectives.
