Job Responsibility
Office Management:• Space Management: Ensuring the office space is organized, meets the needs of the company, and accommodates growth or changes in staffing.• Office Supplies & Equipment: Managing the inventory of office supplies, such as computers, printers, and other essential items. Ensuring proper maintenance and restocking.• Vendor Management: Working with external vendors for office services like cleaning, security, utilities, and maintenance.• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the office complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.• Facilities Maintenance: Coordinating any repairs, upgrades, or improvements needed within the office.• Employee Support: Addressing day-to-day needs and concerns regarding office space, equipment, or amenities.Asset Management:• Asset Tracking: Maintaining a detailed inventory of office assets (computers, company car, fleet card,easy pass, equipment, etc.), and ensuring everything is properly labeled and recorded.• Procurement & Distribution: Managing the process of acquiring new assets and distributing them to the appropriate employees or departments.• Asset Lifecycle Management: Monitoring the condition and useful life of assets, and handling their disposal or replacement as needed.• Cost Management: Ensuring that asset-related purchases are within budget and cost-effective.• Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring that asset records comply with company policies, as well as any relevant laws or industry regulations.
Job Qualification
Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related fields.Specific Knowledge and Skills:At least 8 years of experience in property management within a company.Business Understanding:Knowledge in advertising, public relations, and sales for asset management.A strong understanding of the company's business operations.
