HC Strategy Manager

HC Strategy & Transformation
- Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the formulation and refinement of HC strategy
- Interact with key stakeholders to develop HC strategy plan for organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support transformation projects for organizational performance improvement initiatives defined in the roadmap
- Lead or take part in designing and implementing HC interventions to support successful transformation
- Communicate information about HC strategy and transformation initiatives to HC colleagues, and answer relevant questions.
HC Program/Project Management
- Monitor the alignment and implementation of HC strategies, policies and programs, covering all areas of HC functions
- Perform HC Project Management Office (PMO) role for the execution of HC-initiated changes (group-wide/multi-function projects)
- Work closely with HC colleagues to update transformation project progress, project status and key evaluation metrics
- Design and execute in-house events (e.g., conference, away-days)
- Organize and facilitate meetings and/or workshops to drive changes of people management
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Determine quantity and quality of workforce required to achieve targets, and/or to complete tasks under own responsibilities.
- Develop workforce plans and team structures.
- Manage workforce plans to ensure an achievement of targets of own function
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- 10 years of experience in People Strategy, Organization Development or/and People Transformation
- FMCG, Human Capital, financial drivers and business analytics
- Possessing strong analytical skills and ability to think structurally and systematically
- Experience in working as a key contributor or leader of company's project. Large-scale and/or global transformation experience is preferable
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
