Job Description

• Business & System Analyst for Human Capital Systems: Gather and analyze requirements, review & obtain sign-off with the right stakeholders to ensure business objectives
• Design Human Capital processes & systems, including system functions/features, architecture, reports, access control, configuration & administration, etc.
• Prioritize requirements & functions/features for the development (balance between business benefits & IT resource utilization)
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams (i.e., Digital Experience team) in designing UX/UI and user journey
• Work collaboratively with IT Development teams to develop system and/or work with vendors (for external software)
• Plan, manage, facilitate, and perform testing activities to ensure quality of the system, including conduct UAT for business users to test & accept/sign-off the delivered system
• Work with relevant teams to prepare and perform the deployment to Production, data migration, post go-live supports, maintenance & administration of the system
• Define change impact assessment of the new process & system to further define communication & training required
• Able to perform project management activities such as work planning, status tracking, issues/risks management, presentation and communication across teams

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields
• Experience in business analyst for system implementation projects with 2-3 years’ experience
• Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis, process & system design, and testing
• Experience in HR and/or Food & Beverage should be advantage
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, logical & conceptual thinking
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure
