Job Description:

• Gather and analyze requirements, review and obtain sign-off with the right stakeholders to ensure business objectives.
• Design Human Capital processes and systems, including system functions/features, architecture, reports, access control, configuration, administration, etc.
• Prioritize requirements and functions/features for development (balance between business benefits and IT resource utilization).
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams (e.g., Digital Experience team) in designing UX/UI and user journey.
• Work collaboratively with IT Development teams to develop the system and/or work with vendors (for external software).
• Plan, manage, facilitate, and perform testing activities to ensure the quality of the system, including conducting UAT for business users to test and accept/sign-off the delivered system.
• Work with relevant teams to prepare and perform the deployment to Production, data migration, post go-live supports, maintenance, and administration of the system.
• Define change impact assessment of the new process and system to further define communication and training required.
• Able to perform project management activities such as work planning, status tracking, issues/risks management, presentation, and communication across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Experience as a business analyst for system implementation projects with 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis, process and system design, and testing.
• Experience in HR and/or Food & Beverage is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, logical and conceptual thinking.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and work well under pressur
