Job Responsibility
1. Design and deliver end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, O2O, and online sales to achieve key business outcome.• Implement lead generation and sales conversion campaigns.• Select target customer segments and align with partners.• Develop marketing strategy to reach out to selected customer segments from designing end-to-end customer journeys, selecting the right propositions, platforms, and the right messages.• Design communication materials for each campaign.• Track campaign performance closely and take actions quickly if anything is going off-track.• Evaluate campaign performance and define key learning for future campaign enhancement.2. Develop content strategy, enrich, and maintain content repository.• Getting approval on campaign materials from Review Committee• Getting endorsement from partners if there is a reference to their brands or services as a part of marketing material.3. Collaborate with various internal teams and external parties (partners & vendors) to ensure smooth operations.4. Identify new business opportunities for digital marketing campaign. 5. Perform other duties as assigned.• Perform as a day-to-day basis problem solver / coordinator between internal and external parties to ensure campaigns are run smoothly.• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaign in new channels and new placements of partnership platforms.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, digital marketing, communications, or related fields.• Minimum 8 years of related job experience.• Exceptional communication and project management skills.• Thrive on direct, honest, and supportive communication.• Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.• Highly collaborative and able to quickly establish credibility within the team to impact decisions through both formal and informal influence.
