Accounting Associate
atThai Beverage PCLKey Responsibilities:
- จัดทำใบสําคัญรับ - จ่าย
- จัดทำงบสินค้างบการเงิน และรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินฝ่ายแคชแวนรวมภาค
- จัดทำหนังสือยืนยันยอดระหว่างบริษัท ฯ กับบริษัทในกลุ่มไทยเบฟ และอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี)
- จัดทำ Package รายเดือน รายไตรมาส
- ปรับปรุงงบการเงินตามมาตรฐานบัญชี( IFRS) เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน
- ร่วมจัดทํางบประมาณประจําปีและงบการเงิน
- จัดทำหนังสือยืนยอด KPMG
- จัดทำรายงานบัญชีภาชนะบรรจุ บัญชีลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ภาชนะบรรจุ บัญชีเงินค้ำประกันภาชนะบรรจุพร้อมหนังสือยืนยันยอด
- จัดทำรายงานอุปกรณ์และวัสดุส่งเสริมการขาย,บัญชีลูกหนี้อุปกรณ์และวัสดุส่งเสริมการขายพร้อม หนังสือยืนยันยอด
- จัดทำรายงานทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
- จัดทำ รายงานภาษีซื้อ รายงานภาษีขาย รายงานสินค้าคงเหลือ
- จัดทำงบการเงินประจําปี เพื่อให้ผู้ตรวจสอบรับรอง และเพื่อประกอบการประชุมประจําปี
- จัดทำรวจสอบรายละเอียดพร้อมประสานหน่วยงานสาขาเรื่องที่เจ้าหน้าที่สรรพากรตรวจสอบ
- จัดทำแบบในการยื่นกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- จัดทำเอกสารทางภาษี แบบ ภ.ง.ด. 50 และ ภ.ง.ด. 51 ยื่นแบบกรมสรรพากรเพื่อชําระภาษีตามระยะเวลา
- จัดทำข้อมูลหนังสือยืนยันยอดธนาคาร, ลูกหนี้, เจ้าหนี้ ของบริษัทเพื่อส่งให้ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอก
- ประสานงานและให้ข้อมูลกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน-ภายนอก
Qualifications:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ในด้านลักษณะการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท (FMCG)
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร และมาตรฐานบัญชี
- มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจของบริษัทเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะทางด้านการใช้โปรแกรม Computer เช่น MS OFFICE, SAP
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้น
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ดี
