Job Responsibility
1 ตรวจสอบการบันทึกตั้งเจ้าหนี้การค้า เจ้าหนี้อื่น ใน SAP2 ตรวจสอบรายการจ่ายให้ตรงตามอนุมัติและสัญญาการจ่ายชำระเงิน3 จัดทำรายงานสรุปการจ่ายชำระเงินในระบบ BP2P ให้ตรงตาม STATEMENT4 การบันทึกตั้งจ่าย ติดตามเอกสารเคลียร์เงินทดรอง ในระบบ E-Expense5. ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำเจ้าหน้าที่ตามสาขาเกี่ยวกับเอกสาร ใบกำกับภาษี ชื่อบัญชีที่จะบันทึก แลtอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับ - จ่ายเงินในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน6. จัดทำรายงาน ทรัพย์สิน/ทรัพย์สินนอกบัญชี ประจำเดือน7 . ควบคุมและตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน8. ติดตามเอกสารเพื่อนำส่งข้อมูลแก่ ปปง.
Job Qualification
• อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี • สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี • มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี อย่างน้อย 1 ปี• มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในระบบบัญชี และ ระบบ SAP (Module FI)• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชี, ความรู้ทางบัญชี-ภาษีอากร• มีความสามารถในการจัดทำรายงานและเก็บข้อมูลตัวเลขทางบัญชีเพื่อการวิเคราะห์
