Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of Thaichi Marketing Agency, ensuring seamless execution of client projects that meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage the entire marketing agency team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across departments.
• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including influencer marketing, B2B partnerships, and online content targeting Thai-Chinese markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
•  Align the Thai and Chinese teams on project goals, ensuring cultural nuances are considered in marketing strategies.
•  Identify new business opportunities, pitch proposals to potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
•  Track marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry practices to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
•  Ensure high-quality output in all marketing deliverables, including social media content, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
• At least 2 years of Management Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
• Good command of English an Thai - verbal and written
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel,  and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in advertising & marketing
