- หมั่นศึกษาหาความรู้ใหม่ๆด้านประกันรถยนต์
- สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับพนักงานในการเริ่มทำงาน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญความรู้ด้านประกันภัยด้านรถยนต์
- มีประสบการด้านการอบรม 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ความขยันและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีใบนายหน้าวินาศภัยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านประกันชีวิตด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
